***Checks were mailed to all eligible Former Participants, who filed a Valid Claim Form, on June 22, 2018. For Current Participants, transfers were made into their corresponding Active 401K accounts shortly after.***

Important Court Ordered Notice

If you have been sent a Notice in this lawsuit, it is because the records of the Defendant, American Airlines, indicate that you may be a Class Member.

If you fall within the definition of the Class, you have a right to know about the Settlement and about all of the options available to you before the Court decides whether to give its final approval to the Settlement.

The class is defined as: All persons who participated in the American Airlines, Inc. 401(k) Plan, formerly known as $uper $aver, a 401(k) Capital Accumulation Plan for Employees of Participating AMR Corporation Subsidiaries (the “Plan”), whose Plan account included an investment in the American Beacon Funds or Non-American Beacon Mutual Funds (the “Disputed Investments”) at any time between April 15, 2010 and October 30, 2015 (the “Class Period”).

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT DEADLINE
Current Participants: If you received a notice indicating you are a current participant, you do not need to do anything to receive your share of the Net Settlement Amount.
Former Participants: If you received a notice indicating you are a former participant as well a claim form, you must mail in the Former Participant Claim Form postmarked on or before February 12, 2018. Class Members who timely submit a valid Claim Form are entitled to a share of the Net Settlement Amount. Deadline to Submit a Former Participant Claim Form: Postmarked on or before February 12, 2018
You May Object: Class members may write to the Court about why they don’t believe the settlement is fair. The Court will consider the objections in deciding whether to approve the settlement. Deadline to Object:
